Civil, manufacturing, and erection works for new 4000 tpd capacity 2nd Clinker Production Line designed by Polysius in BAŞTAŞ Cement Plant

6,000 tons steel and mechanical manufacturing, 7,000 tons installation, 20,000 m2 insulation, 15,000 m2 cladding, 4,500 ton refractory installation and 21,000 m3 civil concreting.

The main works executed are; POLYSIUS preheater, rotary kiln and clinker cooler, clinker transportation equipment and elavators (Aumund), clinker cooler ESP (ELEX), raw mill-rotary kiln jet-pulse bag filter (Redecam), changing the existing ESP to jet-pulse bag filter, dismountling the existing gas ducts and cyclone system in existing Loeche raw mill unit and renewing them for new bag filter, modifications for capacity increase  in the existing cement mill (V-separator, cyclones and others), renewing all utility pipes in the plant.
