Engineering activities of the company started in 1969 as ÇİMHOL Çimento ve Yan Mamülleri Sanayii Holding A.Ş. which was a subsidiary company of ÇİTOSAN Türkiye Çimento ve Toprak Sanayii T.A.Ş. The new company, ÇİMTEK Çimento Teknolojisi Mühendislik A.Ş. was established in 1990 and all activities of ÇİMHOL were transferred to ÇİMTEK.

ÇİMTEK is a subsidiary company of IŞIKLAR HOLDİNG since 1994.

Since the establishment in 1969, ÇİMTEK has gained a valuable experience in cement, earthenware and similar industries by realizing many important projects in Turkey and abroad.

ÇİMTEK, having the experience over 30 years is known as a reliable company in the fields of engineering, consultancy, manufacturing, construction and start-up.

The head office of the company is composed of experienced personnel in various qualifications such as engineers, supervisors, technicians, draftsmen, skilled labourers, administrative personnel. The qualification and quantity of the site staff are decided and organized depending on the requirement of the site activities.

ÇİMTEK offers services for complete plants as well as expansion and modernization of the existing ones. ÇİMTEK is also a well known company in supplying dedusting systems (electrostatic precipitators, jet-pulse bag filters).

ÇİMTEK has completed in Turn-key basis complete cement plants and cement plant departments as a general contractor and in order to realize this ÇİMTEK has cooperated with well known know-how and main equipment supliers in the cement industry
